Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Motor boat/Premium Shikara Boat ( All types of Cruise )
- Cancellation is not possible on your arrival day, still you can postponed the cruise to some other suitable day without any additional charges.
- Confirmed booking can be changed only by receiving e-mail or phone from the customer who booked the cruise.
- In case of cancellation, refund option is not possible for the booking confirmed against 30% advance payment. Guests can reschedule the booking within one year (cancellation should be informed 24 hours prior to the booking date).
- Book with Confidence : In case of cancellation One day before your arrival we will refund you the 75% of the full amount.
- If we cancel a booking due to natural calamities, strike or any circumstances beyond our control, bookings can be rescheduled or you are entitled for a full refund.
- Cancellation process:
- Send us an e-mail stating booking person’s name, date of travel etc.
- Cancellation of the booking by us
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements. If we are unable to find alternative arrangements, we will refund your full payment.
- We are not liable for the charges incurred for re-arranging your travel plans.
